  • Finest Sculpture is committed to delivering your handcrafted sculptures with care. Please review our shipping policies to understand how we handle shipping, including costs, timeframes, and procedures.

2. Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders to the Continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Oregon, remote areas, and Canada.

3. Expedited Shipping

  • Availability: Expedited shipping is available for small-size sculptures, rush orders.
  • Additional Fees: An extra shipping fee applies. For a quotation, contact us at info@finestsculpture.com. We will provide the details within one business day based on the product dimensions and shipping address.
  • Large Sculptures: Expedited shipping is not available for large-size sculptures.

4. Global Shipping

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping outside the continental U.S. will incur an additional cost. For a quotation, contact us at info@finestsculpture.com. We will provide the details within one business day based on the product dimensions and shipping address.
  • Shipping Areas: We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding Cuba, Iran, North Korea, North Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and India.
  • Customs Fees: International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are included in shipping cost. 

5. Production and Delivery Time

  • Instead of mass-produced by a machine, all our products are handcrafted by sculptors and made to order, which means that we don’t have pre-made in-stock products that are ready to ship. Production starts after the drawing approved by you, and the lead time that the factory takes to build and deliver a product is:
  • Standard shipping:Production time of 35-40 business days, with an additional shipping time of 25-30 business days. Total estimated time: 60-70 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Total estimated time: about 40-50 business days.

6. Packaging and Shipping Method

  • Packaging: Sculptures are securely packed in full wood crates with industrial-strength extra-thick stretch wrap or EPE foam to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping Method: We use ocean and truck shipping. The final leg of delivery will be handled by a truck freight carrier.

7. Scheduling Delivery

  • Specific Delivery Date: If you require delivery by a specific date, please inform us in advance. We will coordinate the shipment to meet your requested delivery time.

8. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your goods are picked up, a traceable tracking number will be provided. Note that tracking information may take some time to update as it is scanned by the courier.

9. Receiving Your Order

  • Inspection: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Sign the proof of delivery only if the package is in good condition. Report any damage within 3 business days to ensure proper handling.If your package has been signed and we have not received any damage report within 3 business days upon receipt, we default that the goods arrive in good condition.
  • Unloading Requirements: Deliveries are curbside only. You are required to have 3-4 able-bodied persons available to offload the sculpture. The lift gate may not be used if there is any overhang, so assistance will be needed to handle the crate.

10. Additional Charges and Responsibilities

  • Storage and Re-Delivery Fees: Customers are responsible for any costs related to storage or re-delivery if they cannot accept the delivery as scheduled.
  • Storage Fees: If delivery cannot be accepted after approval, storage fees charged by the shipping company must be paid before further arrangements can be made.
  • Delivery Restrictions: If access issues such as narrow streets, one-way streets, unfinished roads, or steep hills prevent delivery, customers may need to pick up the item from the carrier's terminal.
