Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund before the CAD drawing is approved.
  • After CAD Approval: If you cancel your order after the CAD drawing has been approved, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
  • Post-Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.

Return Policy

  • Custom Orders: All sculptures are made to order and customized specifically for you. Therefore, returns or refunds are not accepted due to personal reasons or delays caused by force majeure.
  • Shipment Delays: We are not responsible for delays once shipments are in the possession of couriers. This includes delays due to courier or customs issues. Urgent order fees are non-refundable.
  • Eligibility for Returns: 
  • Returns will be accepted within 15 days after delivery.
  • Custom, showroom items and special orders may not be returned.
    • Conditions for Return:
      • The item must be unused and in the original condition.
      • It must be returned in its original packaging.
      • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
      • Contact our customer service to confirm the return address.
  • Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value less a 50% restocking fee.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Consumer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a reason initiated by the consumer, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. The cost will vary depending on the express company chosen.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Refund Policy

  • Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@finestsculpture.com.
