Return and Refund Policy
At Finest Sculpture (Xiamen Guangyi'an Trading Co., Ltd.), we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund before the CAD drawing is approved.
- After CAD Approval: If you cancel your order after the CAD drawing has been approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Post-Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.
2. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original professional export packaging (wood crate).
Customized Orders: Please note that custom-made sculptures (based on signed drawings) are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or deviate significantly from the agreed design.

Note: Do not send items back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.
5. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Defective/Damaged Items: If the item arrives damaged, Finest Sculpture will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Remorse (e.g., no longer want): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping fees. Due to the high value and weight of sculptures, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
6. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card) within 10 business days.
