This marble group follows Clodion’s reading of Cupid and Psyche. Our designer recreates the grace of Clodion’s celebrated terracotta in this marble sculpture of Cupid and Psyche. Cupid appears as a youthful figure with open wings, lifting Psyche through a bank of clouds while small winged putti gather around them. The upward sweep of the wings and the soft curve of Psyche’s body create a rising movement that suggests rescue and tender trust.
Our sculptor studies Clodion’s terracotta surface and translates it into marble with gentle edges. Our sculptor carved Psyche’s serene face and flowing hair with precision, giving her an ethereal presence and Cupid’s wings also rise with power and elegance.  You can read the story in the details: the tilted head of Psyche, the secure hold of Cupid’s right arm, the swirling drapery that ties the figures together, and the putti that guide the path through the sky. Fountain: Optional. This option can be added to some of our sculptures and realized by using a water pump.

Package: All our sculptures are packed in full wood crates, industrial-strength extra-thick stretch wrap or EPE foam, which will protect them from accidental damage during transportation.

Installation: All our sculptures are easy to install, and we will provide you with the installation guide when the sculptures are shipped out.
